Here at Royvon, we are always working hard to deliver the best experience we possibly can to our customers. We want every dog who stays with us to have the best possible time. And, we want their parents to be happy and satisfied with the experience too. That’s why we’re so proud to announce that we are a finalist for Kennel Business of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards 2020!
What are the Pet Industry Federation Awards?
Firstly, the Pet Industry Federation (PIF) is the only membership association for pet industry specialists in the UK! They run their annual PIF awards to celebrate the success of pet businesses around the UK, across a number of categories. These categories include a whole host of different awards, including Kennel Business of the Year, which we are so pleased to be nominated for at our Esher location!
Why are we proud to be a finalist for Kennel Business of the Year?
Over the last few years, the whole Royvon team have worked incredibly hard on our boarding offering. We want to be able to offer dog parents something different. Somewhere that their dog feels at home, is loved, happy, and kept mentally and physically stimulated.
We believe that that’s what we offer at Royvon. From our staff who are always taking new training opportunities, to the range of activities and training sessions we offer that are tailored to each individual, we have the whole package. Also, we are hugely proud of our staff members who have done so much to help the business and make our boarding thrive!
Finally, as always, we would like to thank ALL of our customers for their continued support. We couldn’t do this without you! The results will be announced soon, so keep an eye out! Please keep your fingers (and paws!) crossed for us!
