We sent our English Bulldog to Royvon for a 3 week modification programme, our dog was assigned to Romeo following the initial consultation.Romeo is a brilliant trainer, instilling great training techniques and has excellent and positive control over the dogs in his care. It was clear to see when meeting with Romeo his love for all dogs.Whilst our dog was at Royvon we received daily updates from the team, we also received messages, videos and images directly from Romeo. The communication was excellent, we knew our dog was safe and cared for and the training programme was working effectively, the videos received also helped so that when we took our dog home we could use the videos for reminders whilst training him ourself.Our whole experience from start to finish at Royvon has been exceptional. After completing the residential training, we were assigned sessions with Romeo to guide us through the correct training habits. These sessions are thorough and extremely beneficial, we have learnt a lot of skills and gained a lot of confidence.We have been away on a few trips since the initial residential training and our dog has returned to stay at the kennels, we book additional refresher sessions with Romeo during his stay. When arriving the whole team greet our dog following which he walks off without hesitation and doesn’t look back! We know whilst he is there he will be looked after with the love and care he deserves.We are extremely grateful to have found Romeo and the team at Royvon, the peace of mind we have when our dog is at Royvon adds to our holiday experience.Thank you Romeo and thank you to the whole team at Royvon, Harvey, Daisy and Rodney.

I can’t recommend Royvon and our trainer Charlie enough for their incredible support with Apollo. Our nearly 4-year-old Border Collie, with a strong herding instinct, needed care while we were away. After exploring various residential training options, Royvon stood out with its welcoming atmosphere, reasonable pricing, and genuine love for dogs.From our first contact, Royvon impressed us with their approachability and lack of judgment. When Apollo was dropped off, Charlie spent an hour evaluating him, quickly bonding and making us feel at ease about his care. The facilities at Royvon were top-notch, and their location, backing onto woods, was perfect for Apollo.Over the three weeks, we received daily photos, videos, and reports, which were more important than we initially realized. Charlie’s videos of Apollo’s training sessions and the enrichment team's daily updates helped us track his progress. We saw significant improvements in Apollo's reactivity to cars, interactions with other dogs, and herding skills. The daily updates not only became something we looked forward to but also served as a valuable learning tool for our family.Charlie’s attention to detail was remarkable. She identified potential issues with Apollo's hips and legs, which led us to seek veterinary care. Without her keen observation, we might have missed this problem. Her advice and detailed final report were crucial in helping us continue Apollo’s training and establish new routines at home.On the final day, Charlie took the time to thoroughly review Apollo’s progress with us, extending the session to nearly three hours. She provided practical feedback and a comprehensive plan for home, which has been invaluable. Apollo is now happier and more confident, and we feel better equipped to continue his training.Charlie’s genuine care and follow-up have made a significant difference. To summarise my experience with Royvon, I would say that they treated my dog (Boba) with nothing but patience, kindness and love throughout his entire residential stay with them. From the moment we met Boba’s main trainer, Charlie, I have never felt more reassured. Since day one, Charlie has made sure to upload daily videos and pictures explaining the training exercises – showing his progress as well as giving us tips on how to sustain it long-term. Considering this was the first time being apart from him for so long, I was surprised at how assured I felt leaving him with Royvon. Not only did Charlie make the time to reply to any emails I sent, but after his time there, she also went through the effort of labelling all the videos so it was easy to refer to when I planned what training activity to do with him. I honestly appreciate it so much. Since being home, Boba has had to transition from being in a new environment to back home and although it was tough at first, I would say that it just takes time and resilience to keep going because it is extremely gratifying when you see the gradual progress. Thank you, Charlie, and thank you Royvon.

Our Labrador had a great holiday at Royvon, he did intensive training programme with Romeo and came home well behaved. Romeo takes the time to understand every dogs needs and adapts the training programme to respond. Our labrador loves training and him!

We sent our 18 month corgi to Royvon for 3 weeks of training. Gwen has been reactive to other dogs in the past so wanted Charlie to focus on getting her to be comfortable around other dogs. Gwen had never stayed in a kennel and we were nervous for both her and ourselves. We received daily videos and photos from both Charlie and her care team. This showed us she was having a great time and they were open when they felt she was unhappy and had moved her into a different area to help her. When we got Gwen back she was completely transformed. Not only has Charlie trained us to further support Gwen but had given Gwen new cues and made her a delight to walk with. I can’t stress enough how fantastic she was. When we’ve taken Gwen back for follow up sessions she gets so excited saying hi to Charlie and all the people who took her on walks throughout her stay. It’s like she has a second family. We will definitely be sending Gwen back when we need a refresher session or are going away for a break. Thank you so much Royvon team!! We have a very happy more obedient dog now. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Royvon, their staff and their very own dog whisperer, Romeo.We boarded our German Shephard at Royvon for 5 years and, as much as we hated to leave him when we went on holiday, we knew he was in great hands. It’s obvious that everyone who works there loves dogs and only want the best for them – both physically and mentally. They offer a wonderful variety of activities for all types of dogs and are always accommodating, even learning our unique sign language commands so that they could communicate with our deaf dog. We can’t thank them enough for their understanding and patience with all of our questions. It filled my heart with joy to see pictures and videos of him out playing with other dogs – something we never felt comfortable doing on our own, but completely trusted Romeo to pick his play pals and create a safe and fun environment. Romeo really bonded with him and we’d even joke that we weren’t sure he wanted to come home to boring mummy and daddy. Our hearts were broken when he passed and as much as we missed having a companion, nothing felt right to fill the void.But then, about 2 months ago, we saw a video of Romeo training a rescue called Peanut who was in the 3 week residential program and looking for his forever home. Watching the videos and the fact that he was working with Romeo, we knew it was meant to be. 3 days later he was home with us and we knew that we wanted to continue with ongoing lessons with Romeo. Not only does Romeo train your dog, he works just as hard with the humans to build your confidence in different environments and situations. He has taught us to read Peanut’s body language and behaviour so that we can react in the best and most positive way if he is feeling anxious or scared. Romeo is very generous with his time, offering to come to our park and our neighbourhood so that we can practice what we are learning in the places we spend the most time. We are so grateful to Romeo for his kindness, generosity and his amazing skills & techniques as a trainer to overcome any challenge you may have. What a joy it is to spend time with Romeo and watch Peanut continue to grow into the dog he was meant to be. We are looking forward to taking him on family holidays and exposing him to many wonderful adventures in the future. A huge thank you to Romeo for making our family complete – we love Peanut and it’s clear that everyone at Royvon does as well. He is always happy to go back and visit, which is definitely a positive sign.Whether it’s for boarding or training, Royvon is the best choice you can make for you and your fur baby. We rescued Stormi last November because she’s an XL Bully x Cane Corso & was going to be pts due to the ban coming in. She was 6mths old & was very rarely walked with no training whatsoever.We did some basic training & worked on her lead walking but needed to use a halti as Stormi pulled.
