Five stars is the highest rating, showing that we provide the highest level of welfare for our guests.
Our five star kennel rating has been earned through commitment to our services, our facilities and our staff. Each of these areas combines to help us to meet our mission to help as many dogs as possible to live their happiest lives in the company of the family they love.
The rating reflects the following criteria from DEFRA:
- Clean, well-maintained kennels.
We offer dog hotel-style accommodation for our guests with a temperature-controlled inside area and an outside area for each guest.
- Dogs must have access to fresh water and food at all times and be free from any signs of neglect or abuse.
Alongside our training and admin team, we have a dedicated care team who make sure that dogs are healthy, comfortable, fed on time, kept clean, given any medication they are on, weight-checked, AND given plenty of attention and cuddles!
- Dogs must have access to exercise and social interaction.
Our fully-customisable schedule ensures that your dog can exercise and interact in exactly the way that suits them. From group playtime sessions in our purpose-built paddocks, to 1-2-1 woodland walks with the care team for those who find group play trickier.
- Processes and procedures
