Our three-week residential programme helps with anxiety, aggression, and training consistency. After your dog comes home, we work with every owner to help new skills stick and keep building. Poppy, a food-motivated cocker spaniel, came for general obedience and lead work. Dogs don't automatically generalise skills learned in one environment to others due to context-dependent learning. We recommend owners rewatch training videos and start fresh in low-distraction environments, building gradually to more stimulating places. In week one, we provide specific tailored advice. By weeks two and three, distractions and rewards can gradually increase. Training is a lifelong journey, and we provide owner training sessions and ongoing support because a dog's progress depends on the owner's continued commitment.
