FAQs
Common questions
The things owners usually want to know before booking.
How far is Royvon Esher from London?
βΊ
Our Esher site is on the Surrey-London border β approximately 30 minutes by train from central London, and accessible from Kingston, Richmond, Wimbledon and across South West London.
How does the ANPR access work?
βΊ
We'll need your vehicle registration number in advance of your first visit. Our ANPR gates will recognise your plate and grant access. This keeps every dog on site completely secure.
What do I need to bring for my dog's stay?
βΊ
Bring your dog's usual food, any medications, current vaccination records and a familiar item from home. We'll confirm a full checklist when you book.
Do you accept anxious or reactive dogs?
βΊ
Yes β and this is where the Esher site specifically shines. The appointment-only, ANPR-gated environment significantly reduces unplanned encounters. Many of our regular boarders were nervous on their first stay.
Can I add training to a boarding stay at Esher?
βΊ
Yes. Training sessions β including sessions with our Reactive Dogs Specialist, Romeo Bradeanu β can be added to any boarding stay. Ask us about combining boarding and training at the time of booking.
Do you accept unvaccinated dogs?
βΊ
No. Current vaccination records are required for all boarding dogs. This protects every dog in our care at Esher. Please check our vaccination policy for full requirements.
