The space at Royvon Playhouse has been designed for dogs to have their happiest holidays. Large outdoor spaces offer room to roam securely, play equipment to climb on, race around and try out some new activities. Large indoor paddocks provide play spaces for new dog friends to enjoy their stay in their own style, whatever the weather. Royvon Playhouse offers dog-friendly dogs free flow extended playtime, from 8am to 4pm each day. Dogs that have anxiety or aggression issues have other suitable options to ensure they have lots of exercise and fun in a suitable environment. Toys are provided and staff get actively involved with having fun with the dogs.

Unlike the Royvon boarding options at Esher and Merthyr Tydfil which offer a customisable schedule to suit your dog’s personality, Royvon Playhouse operates on an all-inclusive basis. With open play during the day, 24 hour care, their own suite, additional toilet opportunities out of their suite, and a bath on departure. All you need to sort is their food and the fun is covered. You can rest on holiday in the knowledge that your dog is getting plenty of exercise and stimulation, rest and care. The only additional cost you might find hard to resist is our award-winning, force-free training with our on-site qualified trainer.
Comfortable suites for your dog to relax in
Your dog has their own comfortable suite to relax and sleep in while boarding. This safe space gives your dog much-needed downtime from all the excitement and is heated or cooled for comfort year-round. Each suite has its own bed so you don’t need to provide any bedding for your dog’s stay. This is also where your dog will be fed, to prevent swapping of food that doesn’t suit sensitive tummies, and to make sure we know exactly how much your dog is eating so that we can keep an eye on their appetite. Your dog will only be fed the food you bring, to ensure they are used to it, and according to their normal feeding schedule to help them to stay in routine. If your dog requires any medication, this will also be given in their suite, according to your instructions.

We brought our Female French Bully to Royvon for training when she was 9 months old. We were having real difficulty finding the right match and felt our pup needed serious engagement as opposed to a dog walker /someone less qualified so we turned to the Pros! Orphy was immediately taken with Charlie who trained and looked after her for 3 weeks straight. It was very hard to leave her knowing we wouldn’t see her for nearly a month but Charlie was warm and kind and the office staff were thoughtful and supportive as I blubbed in the parking lot! Charlie and Orphy worked together to such a high standard and the office staff kept us updated on Orphy’s welfare while Charlie sent messages and photos/videos of Orphy’s training progress every couple of days which we really appreciated! Orphy came back to us a much less anxious and agitated puppy who clearly learned a lot and continues to retain the information/commands.
When we went back for our top up session, Orphy was super excited to drive through the gates and could not wait to get out of the car! We did about an hour with Charlie, going over techniques to keep Orphy interested and help us with her ongoing training while she’s at home. The refresher appointments are a nice touch and definitely worthwhile!

Loosing my confidence with my beautiful German Shepherd due to my neighbour telling me to get rid of him was devastating. My son and I searched the country for the right place to get some help. Royvon became our top choice from reviews and awards. I didn’t really know what to expect and certainly didn’t expect my German Shepherd to last a night in kennels having never been away from home before. The first assessment with Romeo immediately instilled confidence and the most amazing sense of relief. In fact I couldn’t believe it was my dog on the assessment! We left filled with positivity and excited that Apollo would spend three weeks at Royvon with a great team who really care. Romeo is so committed to his role and this is shown in every aspect of Apollo’s training and in keeping us informed. We received daily updates, by video twice a day and by photos as updates. I never once felt I needed to call, even though I knew I could. Romeo was confident from the outset that Apollo would be fine in the kennels and well looked after and integrated. Romeo a magnificent dog whisperer bonded with Apollo immediately. I loved watching Apollo’s progress and seeing him so engaged and happy. As the weeks went by I missed this massive part of my life but my confidence was growing too as I watched how Apollo learned new behaviours. It was amazing picking Apollo up and taking part in a very important 2 hour hand over. I, like Apollo, listened to everything Romeo said. We are also looking forward to another follow up session next week. After our first night back at home we received a lovely message from Romeo checking in on Apollo and some friendly advice. Romeo quite obviously has a very special gift that he couples with incredibly dedicated work. 🙏thank you Romeo you have changed our lives. I chose Royvon for dog training because they specifically told me they use positive reinforcement methods, which is incredibly important to me. However, my experience was completely at odds with what they claimed.
When I arrived, one of the first things they suggested was putting a grot (prong) collar on my dog – something I never would have agreed to had I known that was part of their approach. Despite my hesitation, they eventually fitted it and proceeded to “train” him by pulling him around and choking him. There was nothing positive or kind about the methods I witnessed.
I had planned to board my dog here for three weeks of training, but after seeing how they handled him in just one session, I cancelled immediately. I honestly dread to think what three weeks of that kind of treatment would have done to my dog.
Please be mindful when trusting companies that say they use positive reinforcement – unfortunately, in my experience, this was not the case with Royvon.

I'm so happy to see my lovely boy benefiting from the behavior modification program here. After some negative experiences in the past, I’ve never seen him so comfortable with a trainer — except for Romeo. Now, we can finally go out in public without having to avoid busy times. As this being my dogs first ever stay away from home I could not be more pleased with the care my very anxious cane corso received . Very calm environment and have never seen my dog so relaxed . Royvon took excellent care of our puppy. He is a pretty nervous dog but they had him settled and happy after the first day. Their trainer Romeo has been excellent too, we saw a big improvement in our puppy's anxiety around cars.

Well what can I say? What I can say is the professionalism of Alize the dog trainer is second to none. I have had much more success with this young lady than all the other trainers put together. My dog couldn't go within a mile of other dogs, but after only 5 to 6 one hour training with Alize and he is ignoring other dogs. i an now walk him where other dogs may be. I sat and had a coffee last week for the first time without him going ballistic on the sight of other dogs. I spent over £2,000 getting him trained for a full 2 month in Devon. Alize done more in a handful of 1 hour sessions than they done in 2 months. If your looking for a trainer that actually cares about animals, a facility that is well equipped top board dogs. My dog is living proof, that with the correct trainer they can change for the better. Then please give Royvon a try, you can thank me later.

We took our young German Shepherd puppy in to Royvon for training with Kelsey and Romeo.
Jasper was extremely reactive to just about everything, including people, dogs and traffic.
Through a lot of hard work, we have made so much progress with Romeo and Kelsey. They have really gone above and beyond to try and make him more manageable, and what a difference it’s made.
He is still reactive, mainly to dogs, but he can do so much more now. As with any German Shepherd puppy, we still have lots of work to do, but we believe we now have the tools to succeed thanks to Royvon.
We will still be coming back as Jasper has built a stone bond with both of his trainers, but we thoroughly recommend Royvon for anyone struggling with a difficult dog, or just a dog that needs training!

We have used Royvon for a few years now for our Boxer dog, Dexter. Initially we chose Royvon based on reputation and proximity to work - for kennel cover when we go away, rather than for behaviour modification. We would absolutely recommend Royvon as the staff, both those with the dogs and those who are more behind the scenes (admin etc) are fantastic - in a nutshell, they love dogs. Dexter is always delighted to see them and runs in happily when we drop him off. The team have been flexible when we need to change an occasional date (stuck at airport overnight!) and, when Dexter was under specific medication, they administered it without question.

We’ve been fans of Royvon since our pup first boarded there at 8 months. The team has become an important part of our lives with their reliable, professional and friendly canine care. Although he’s a generally well behaved dog, he picked up some snappy behaviours with other hounds aged around 3. Royvon stepped in last year to give us guidance and help change some of our routines to make a huge improvement in our little dog’s behaviour. We have just completed our first 2 hour Masterclass at Home with our 10 week old Cocker Spaniel - Honey. Mimi was our puppy trainer from Royvon who came to our home. Mimi was a wonderful warm and lovely person who had patience for us and Honey. I didn't realise how much we could all learn in just 2 hours and feel much more comfortable knowing how to spend our time with Honey, what training to start to try out etc. To hear what we are doing right already (phew) and some other really good tips. I would definitely recommend Royvon and Mimi. We will be starting a puppy training course at Royvon as soon as Honey has had her second vaccination. We have just picked our dog up from an evaluation over night stay at Royvon. Because she is due to board for a week next month and has never been away from us, we thought it best to see if she would cope in kennels.
Richard, her evaluator, has been wonderful with her, gave us plenty of feed back and we had a report and lots of pictures as well. Our dog had clearly bonded with Richard already and we feel much happier about leaving her for longer next time. Thank you for caring for Jumika as well as you did, it really showed!

They been such a blessing for us. Having a very anxious dog has made things challenging, but going to Royvons and getting help from Romeo has been amazing. This was our dog’s first time to stay in kennels. She stayed for an overnight evaluation. She settled very well. Richard kept us updated with photos and an enhancement report. Nansi looked very happy in the photos. We have no qualms about further stays at Royvon Merthyr Tydfil.

Our two dogs have just completed a three week residential training programme at Royvon with their two wonderful and experienced trainers, Romeo and Kelsey.
We were experiencing difficulties when walking both dogs on the lead and both had become protective, reactive and nervous of other people and sometimes dogs, making our walks difficult and stressful.
Well what can I say, the improvement we have seen in both dogs is brilliant, they are more confident and focused now and their reactivity levels have dropped significantly. We have some additional 1:1 training sessions to complete over the next few weeks to ensure that we can keep up the training.
During the training programme, Romeo and Kelsey sent us video updates of the dog’s progress, enabling us to see how they were getting on and responding to the training. This was invaluable to us.
In addition, the team at Royvon took really good care of both dogs and we received reports on how they were settling in/getting on during their group playtime and time spent in kennels, plus daily photo updates.
I wouldn’t hesitate to board our dogs at Royvon again, we were very happy with the dogs care.

My two year old , very large, excitable, goldendoodle , Bruno, went to Royvon for three weeks while we were on holiday, as he was struggling with reactivity - mainly manifesting in lots of loud , continuous barking when we were out on walks and at home, if anything unexpected happened . I dealt with Darren initially, who owns Royvon and is amazingly reassuring and efficient and assigned us to Charlie who was to be his trainer. She was just brilliant . As well as reassuring me by being in constant communication with WhatsApps and videos, she really ‘got’ Bruno and worked with him every day doing fun games and exercises to calm him down and build his confidence. When I returned she explained so much about his issues and how I could help him continue to overcome them. She’s absolutely fantastic, so knowledgeable, intuitive, patient and kind. He’s so much better on walks, which have become a real pleasure again , and we are continuing to work with Charlie on sorting things out at home. I can’t recommend Royvon highly enough - everyone there is delightful and the trainers I met are all so brilliant , and clearly really love dogs! Thank you Royvon!

This place is amazing. I have 2 4 year old sheepdogs and they have separate issues. Blue is hyperactive and scittish and likes to chase things and Jack is slightly overweight and lets Blue run around for him. They both attend Royvon for a playday on separate days and they are getting on great. The staff are brilliant and make sure they have individual plays for their needs. They keep them entertained with games to use their brains and they are exhausted when they get home.

My Doberman, Chop has just come back from the 3 week training programme with Charlie. Nothing but good to say about the whole experience and the team down there. A literally crisis averting 3 week training intervention by Romeo and the team at Royvon. We have gone from being worried to let our puppy near our older dog for fear of "an incident" to the two of the playing together as best buddies. With the 'crisis period' over we have now engaged Romeo for a series of private training sessions for our (now 4 month old) puppy and he is making amazing progress. Absolutely 10/10.

Disappointing Service for the Price: £1130 for 13 Days.
£1130.43 for 13 days / £86.96 per day during Christmas Period + £120 for Shuttle to Royvon Merthyr total (£60 each way).
- Our boxer lost 4.5kg during his 13 day stay with fur malting and ribs visible (34.5kg to 30kg) - he ate like he was starving when we got him home (they also returned some of the food we provided to be eaten during his stay). When I requested an update on how he was eating during his stay, they said via email that he was 'eating well'.
- He had horrible breath that smelled like he'd been eating his own poo (which he has never done before).
- He was walked on a slip lead repeatedly despite us asking them not to use a slip lead with him.
- The base price per day (£35 or £45 per day during Peak Season) includes no toilet breaks / walks or anything apart from the kennel and an "Enrichment Report". You have to add on at least a couple of 10 minute toilet opportunities (daytime £3.20 / bedtime £8.60) or woodland walks (£10 for 20 minutes).
- "Enrichment reports" consist of a few photos during the woodland walk or play/enrichment/training sessions you pay extra for - no photos of other activities / in the kennel unless you specifically request via email (e.g. we asked for a photo of him in his kennel and one of him enjoying his daily Kong we paid for (£2.70) and then received that as well). Only 1 written report was provided with the photos in 13 day stay and 1 video. When I complained via email, I did get a more detailed response on how he was getting on which was appreciated.
○ At this premium price, we were expecting lots of videos and photos as well as a detailed report every day on how he was getting on and what he'd been up to, which is not the case and is not what is suggested on social media (e.g. King (Dec-24) where they show a detailed written update on how the dog is doing as well as photos).
○ The walks and enrichment activities looked lovely from the pictures on the whole (apart from when he was being walked on the slip lead).
- We booked one training session as well during his stay (£17) and received a 2 min video of this which looked good, but received no report or feedback otherwise on how it went / what went well / what they worked on.
- We were provided with a WhatsApp number to message if we wanted more updates, but no-one ever responded to this number.
Will not be booking again.
£1130.43 for 13 days / £86.96 per day during Christmas Period + £120 for Shuttle to Royvon Merthyr total (£60 each way).
- Our boxer lost 4.5kg during his 13 day stay with fur malting and ribs visible (34.5kg to 30kg) - he ate like he was starving when we got him home (they also returned some of the food we provided to be eaten during his stay). When I requested an update on how he was eating during his stay, they said via email that he was 'eating well'.
- He had horrible breath that smelled like he'd been eating his own poo (which he has never done before).
- He was walked on a slip lead repeatedly despite us asking them not to use a slip lead with him.
- The base price per day (£35 or £45 per day during Peak Season) includes no toilet breaks / walks or anything apart from the kennel and an "Enrichment Report". You have to add on at least a couple of 10 minute toilet opportunities (daytime £3.20 / bedtime £8.60) or woodland walks (£10 for 20 minutes).
- "Enrichment reports" consist of a few photos during the woodland walk or play/enrichment/training sessions you pay extra for - no photos of other activities / in the kennel unless you specifically request via email (e.g. we asked for a photo of him in his kennel and one of him enjoying his daily Kong we paid for (£2.70) and then received that as well). Only 1 written report was provided with the photos in 13 day stay and 1 video. When I complained via email, I did get a more detailed response on how he was getting on which was appreciated.
○ At this premium price, we were expecting lots of videos and photos as well as a detailed report every day on how he was getting on and what he'd been up to, which is not the case and is not what is suggested on social media (e.g. King (Dec-24) where they show a detailed written update on how the dog is doing as well as photos).
○ The walks and enrichment activities looked lovely from the pictures on the whole (apart from when he was being walked on the slip lead).
- We booked one training session as well during his stay (£17) and received a 2 min video of this which looked good, but received no report or feedback otherwise on how it went / what went well / what they worked on.
- We were provided with a WhatsApp number to message if we wanted more updates, but no-one ever responded to this number.

We understand your concerns regarding the cost of Homer’s stay, particularly during the Christmas period. Our pricing reflects the tailored nature of our services, allowing owners to choose activities and routines that suit their dog’s needs. Homer’s schedule included a significant number of enrichment sessions and activities, which enhanced his experience but also increased the overall cost. These sessions, priced at approximately £10 per half hour, are optional, but they contributed to Homer’s high level of activity and enjoyment during his stay.
Additionally, during peak periods such as Christmas, our staff are paid double or triple time to ensure we retain the best professionals in the industry. This commitment to quality staffing allows us to deliver exceptional care to all our guests, supported by our 65-year heritage and reputation. We also strive to keep supplementary charges, such as the pet taxi service (30p per mile), fair and competitive.
Homer’s experience reflects the personalized care we provide. The countless images we shared with you showed him being energetic, playful, and clearly having the time of his life—whether exploring the woodlands, enjoying his Kong, or engaging in his enrichment activities. He truly made the most of his time with us.
Communication and Updates
We acknowledge that our communication did not fully meet your expectations. While we provide an enrichment report with photos of daily activities, we do not currently offer written updates or videos for every session as part of our standard service. Based on your feedback, we are revising our messaging to ensure that all customers have clear and accurate expectations about the updates we provide.
That said, we shared regular updates during Homer’s stay, including numerous photos showing his activities and well-being. For example, one of the updates included:
“I wanted to reassure you that Homer is doing wonderfully. Richard mentioned how much he enjoys his Kong, and I know you’ve already seen pictures of him savoring it. He’s also been having a great time exploring the woodlands, taking in the scents and surroundings, and bouncing around during his play sessions. Andrea, our manager, shared that he’s one of the most settled dogs we’ve had—so relaxed and loving his enrichment activities.”
At the end of Homer’s stay, we sent a final update from Andrea, highlighting the love and care he received:
“We are very sad to see Homer go tomorrow. I have bathed him today, cleaned his eyes, and applied paw and nose balm on him. He had loads of kisses during his bath. I will miss him very much. He is such a character—so sweet and loving. Thank you for trusting us with his care; I can assure you he was very loved and had loads of fun.”
While these updates reflected Homer’s well-being and enjoyment, we understand they did not align with the level of communication you expected. We are committed to improving our processes to better meet customer needs.
Homer’s Well-Being
Homer is a delightful dog, and it was a pleasure to care for him. His weight loss was due to his increased activity levels, which we carefully monitored. His feeding routine was tailored to prevent bloat, a precaution particularly important for Boxers. The images we shared during his stay show how much he enjoyed his activities and the care he received from our team.

I would absolutely recommend Royvon for residential training. My partner and I sent our 16 month German shepherd, Nova, to the 3-week board and train at Royvon to help us continue progress on some of Nova’s behaviours we have had challenges with changing such as over excitement around other dogs and new environments and a lack of engagement with us in these situations. This also served as boarding for us whilst we were on holiday for a week. Nova is super friendly which makes it difficult to take her places as her over excitement can easily make other dogs nervous and put us in a tough situation handling her. We were nervous to send Nova to a board and train as she has never been away from us this long and we were not sure how she would get on in the kennels, but the staff at Royvon, and our trainer Charlie, quickly put us at ease through a 121 consultation and a tester night in the kennels. We looked at a few other board and trains and Royvon was the clear choice. Not only did Charlie work with us to understand our real trouble areas with Nova, but she created a training plan catered to Nova and our needs. We got so many videos walking us through the training and what it targeted that we were able to follow along the three weeks and really see progress and understand what we would need to do to continue the training with Nova once she was back with us. Outside of the training videos, we got daily updates and photos from the care staff showing us Novas play sessions and letting us know how she was getting on. We loved seeing Nova have play sessions with staff and other dogs staying there making us feel at ease that she was having fun as well and being well taken care of. After the 3-weeks we had a 2-hour handover with Charlie where she walked us through what was covered and had us run through drills so we felt ready to carry on all the hard work she put in. It’s only been a few days since we picked Nova up, but we can already see the difference in her engagement with us during our training sessions and her ability to relax indoors. We’re so excited to see continued progress with everything Charlie has showed us and keep working on her training at home and in our local environments. Although she still has a ways to go, we already feel so much more positive and confident that we will get to our desired goals and we have been having lots of fun with working with Nova! Looking forward to our follow-up sessions and we will definitely consider the other services Royvon offers as we know Nova is in great hands! Thanks to Charlie and whole team for everything.

A million percent would recommend, Charlie went above and beyond with our nervous, reactive boy and did absolutely everything she could to make him and us feel comfortable with his residential training, the foundations she's laid with both him and us are incredibly clear and the confidence we have with him now is unreal, I was too anxious to walk him before but after leaving him at Royvon for only three weeks am now able to enjoy his walks to the fullest and now look forward to them! He is still reactive (because Rome wasn't built in a day), but we now have the proper tools in place to be able to manage him and build his confidence up to a level where he'll be able to walk past unknown dogs and ignore them, and we have no doubt that he is capable because Charlie has showed us how! It was the hardest decision ever to send him but after seeing the difference and how far he's come we would do it again in a heartbeat, we have absolutely no regrets and will forever be grateful for the care that Charlie and the whole team showed to him, and for the understanding that they showed me being a very worried puppy mum, if anyone is in two minds about whether or not Royvon will help their dog then forget any doubts, 10/10 service in every way imaginable!!!

The first thing i want to say is Royvon far exceeded my expectations for what I was expecting from my 1.5 year old xl bully. I wanted the best training for him due to all the bad press they get and following neutering, he went back into some silly puppy behaviour so wanted it nipped in the bud ASAP.
Maslow went for 3 weeks residential and spent a lot of his time with Charlie who is fantastic. She sent regular updates including videos and pictures which we could go through in preparation for getting him home. We had updates daily from the report team to let me know that his report was ready. He had a great time.

Having used Royvon for my parents' rescue dog a few years ago with such a positive experience, they were my first thought for my 10 month old Border Collie puppy, Molly. Molly was struggling with her confidence around other dogs, reactivity to cars, lead pulling and a strong prey-drive towards small animals/birds.
Molly's trainer during her stay was Charlie who was brilliant. She was able to quickly build up a strong relationship with her and it was easy to see that Molly felt really comfortable. Charlie sent photos and videos from each training session which helped me to track her progress and are great to refer back to now that Molly is back home. Charlie quickly identified Molly's strong herding instinct and was able to direct this positively into various "games" which are great outlet.

We have a very timid and anxious Chihuahua who loved working with Charlie on games that helped him get more comfortable on walks and with other people. Charlie was patient and very helpful, always uploading videos of what we did so we could keep training at home.

The whole team at Royvon provides such an excellent experience and customer service. We specifically chose the 3 week behavioural training for our excitable Belgian Lab and we have seen such a huge improvement. We received daily updates throughout the 3 weeks with videos and photos of how the training was progressing and so that we could become more knowledgeable on the exercises we will need to be doing. Our trainer Charlie was very professional and genuinely treated our boy like he was one of her own. The training concluded with a thorough handover session and training pack along with several reinforcement sessions. I have been using Royvon for 3 years with Bailey and he absolutely loves his time spent there he gets so excited when he realises we where we are going and he cant wait to be checked in he is already to go through the door to the back. I have recently taken on a 7 year old pug which had never been in boarding before and booked both dogs in for a short break. I was really worried about how the new addition to the family would cope in boarding but I didn't need to worry as I had daily updates telling me how she was doing which I cant thank Royvon enough for as it meant I could relax and enjoy my time away knowing they were being really well look after.

Dog shuttle bus from Royvon Esher, Surrey, England
We run regular purpose-built dog shuttle buses between our Esher, Surrey site and Royvon Playhouse in Bridgend, Wales. This convenient option means that you can drop your dog off in Surrey and we do the driving for you. And when it comes to collection day, your dog will be waiting for you back in Esher again.
Booking on the shuttle bus requires a minimum of a week boarding booking. Our shuttle buses fill up quickly and are on a first-come-first-served basis. There are more shuttle buses running during peak periods but it may mean adjusting your dates slightly to fit with travel days. Information about the availability, timings and cost of the shuttle bus can be found at the live link below.
Please note, the dog shuttle bus to Playhouse is only suitable for dogs who travel well by car.

After the free play session for the day, dogs retire to their suites for rest. However, the opportunities for a toilet visit continue and dogs are brought out regularly to allow them the chance to do their business on their preferred surface, away from their bed and at their own timing. For dogs that like to keep things clean, especially those who will hold it until the conditions are right and risk an infection, this is an important part of boarding at Royvon Playhouse.
Staff that love dogs, on-hand 24 hours a day
All staff at Royvon love dogs, it's our most important recruitment criteria. At Royvon Playhouse the team interacts iwth dogs throughout the day and night. During open play time, there will be up to ten staff available, offering the play buddy and cuddles your dog needs. Even overnight, staff aren't just onsite but are actively with the dogs, checking that all is well and whether anyone needs anything. This helps dogs to feel at home and allows us to pick up any potential welfare issues as soon as possible. In the case of an emergency, staff are animal first-aid trained and we have strong links in local vets.
Positive Dog Training Available
We are delighted to bring Royvon’s award-winning dog training programmes to Royvon Playhouse. Royvon only ever uses positive, force-free training methods to achieve focus and encourage all of the desired behaviours. Our technique is strongly based on play and the enrichment and pleasure dogs receive from training, a perfect addition to the Royvon Playhouse concept of fun.
Our resident trainer has worked with all ages and breeds of dogs and has a particular specialism with working dogs and gun dogs. Royvon Playhouse offers our full residential dog training programme, for dogs with general obedience needs or deeper behaviour modification issues. Non-residential one-to-one training blocks are also available, and you can discuss options after having an assessment if you aren’t sure which is right for your dog. Options for dogs who find socialising tricky
Owing to the open plan nature of Royvon Playhouse, your dog will be mixing with other dogs that are known to be friendly and non-reactive with other dogs and people.
We strongly believe that all dogs deserve to live a happy, healthy life with the family that they love most. We do a great deal to help dogs of all personalities, including those who suffer with anxiety, fear or aggression. Royvon Playhouse free flow play sessions may not be suitable for dogs who face these issues. We offer alternative activities in this instance but if you are a new customer, please talk to us first before booking.
Alternatively, we have our Country Retreat in Merthyr Tydfil which has a customisable schedule to suit each dog’s personality. We also have our signature Residential Dog Training, which includes a Behaviour Modification Programme over a three week boarding period. During this time, one of our expert team will be your dedicated trainer and can work with your dog to help them with reactivity.
