Our Labrador had a great holiday at Royvon, he did intensive training programme with Romeo and came home well behaved. Romeo takes the time to understand every dogs needs and adapts the training programme to respond. Our labrador loves training and him!

We sent our 18 month corgi to Royvon for 3 weeks of training. Gwen has been reactive to other dogs in the past so wanted Charlie to focus on getting her to be comfortable around other dogs. Gwen had never stayed in a kennel and we were nervous for both her and ourselves. We received daily videos and photos from both Charlie and her care team. This showed us she was having a great time and they were open when they felt she was unhappy and had moved her into a different area to help her. When we got Gwen back she was completely transformed. Not only has Charlie trained us to further support Gwen but had given Gwen new cues and made her a delight to walk with. I can’t stress enough how fantastic she was. When we’ve taken Gwen back for follow up sessions she gets so excited saying hi to Charlie and all the people who took her on walks throughout her stay. It’s like she has a second family. We will definitely be sending Gwen back when we need a refresher session or are going away for a break. Thank you so much Royvon team!! We have a very happy more obedient dog now. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Royvon, their staff and their very own dog whisperer, Romeo.We boarded our German Shephard at Royvon for 5 years and, as much as we hated to leave him when we went on holiday, we knew he was in great hands. It’s obvious that everyone who works there loves dogs and only want the best for them – both physically and mentally. They offer a wonderful variety of activities for all types of dogs and are always accommodating, even learning our unique sign language commands so that they could communicate with our deaf dog. We can’t thank them enough for their understanding and patience with all of our questions. It filled my heart with joy to see pictures and videos of him out playing with other dogs – something we never felt comfortable doing on our own, but completely trusted Romeo to pick his play pals and create a safe and fun environment. Romeo really bonded with him and we’d even joke that we weren’t sure he wanted to come home to boring mummy and daddy. Our hearts were broken when he passed and as much as we missed having a companion, nothing felt right to fill the void.But then, about 2 months ago, we saw a video of Romeo training a rescue called Peanut who was in the 3 week residential program and looking for his forever home. Watching the videos and the fact that he was working with Romeo, we knew it was meant to be. 3 days later he was home with us and we knew that we wanted to continue with ongoing lessons with Romeo. Not only does Romeo train your dog, he works just as hard with the humans to build your confidence in different environments and situations. He has taught us to read Peanut’s body language and behaviour so that we can react in the best and most positive way if he is feeling anxious or scared. Romeo is very generous with his time, offering to come to our park and our neighbourhood so that we can practice what we are learning in the places we spend the most time. We are so grateful to Romeo for his kindness, generosity and his amazing skills & techniques as a trainer to overcome any challenge you may have. What a joy it is to spend time with Romeo and watch Peanut continue to grow into the dog he was meant to be. We are looking forward to taking him on family holidays and exposing him to many wonderful adventures in the future. A huge thank you to Romeo for making our family complete – we love Peanut and it’s clear that everyone at Royvon does as well. He is always happy to go back and visit, which is definitely a positive sign.Whether it’s for boarding or training, Royvon is the best choice you can make for you and your fur baby. We rescued Stormi last November because she’s an XL Bully x Cane Corso & was going to be pts due to the ban coming in. She was 6mths old & was very rarely walked with no training whatsoever.We did some basic training & worked on her lead walking but needed to use a halti as Stormi pulled. Also, as an exempted breed, we need her to be spot on!Stormi did the 3wk residential stay & Charlie has worked wonders with her! We received daily updates, photos & videos of her progress, which was very reassuring because she looked like she was really enjoying herself.We have been back for one of our follow up training sessions & Stormi was so happy to see Charlie again, it confirmed how much she enjoyed her stay.Thanks to Charlie, we now walk her without the halti as she walks nicely without pulling anymore, & we walk her up & down the high street & have a coffee whilst Stormi waits patiently!We are so impressed with Royvon, a friend’s dog (also an XL Bully type) is doing the residential training with Charlie.We’re now looking forward to our next follow up session!!

We recently enrolled our 2-year-old Dalmatian in the 3-week residential reactivity training at Royvon, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our trainer, Charlie, was absolutely fantastic—her expertise and genuine care for our dog were evident from day one. Charlie built a strong bond with him, and it was clear he loved both her and the facility.Throughout the training, Charlie kept us updated with daily videos and notes, allowing us to follow his progress closely. The improvement in his behavior is remarkable, and while there's still work to be done on our part, we now have the tools and confidence to continue his training at home. Romeo and Royvon sent us update- photos and videos of the training nearly every day. (Sonny's tail was wagging happily in these!) When I sent an email asking a question they replied very quickly.We were reassured that Sonny was settling in well, which we really appreciated, as it was his first time away from home.We've already booked Sonny for boarding when we go on holiday in September, and feel that we relax, knowing that he will be well-taken care of.

Royvon is a truly amazing place. Otis loves his training and holidays combined at Royvon. All the staff are amazing with the dogs. They have amazing facilities. The dogs are really well looked after throughout their stay. Romeo has done an incredible job with Otis and has trained him since he was 18 months old. We would not send Otis any where else but Royvon and highly recommend it. Romeo is a simply amazing trainer and one of Otis’s best friends!

Smoky and I did 6 sessions of 1 to 1 training with Charlie, who has a great affinity with dogs. She helped me a lot with heel work, and Smoky is continuing to improve.I thoroughly recommend Charlie!

We stumbled upon Royvon when our house sitter cancelled a week before a long family holiday and left us in a situation where we needed care for our 5-month-old spaniel puppy. We were upset and concerned that we had no other choice but to book our puppy into boarding kennels.From the first call and visit, the team put us at ease. We booked daily walks, training and group exercises and received updates, including reports, photos and videos, every day which we greatly appreciated and enjoyed.We returned to a happy puppy and it was so lovely to see the bond the staff had with her and how much she adored them (and still does, especially Tilly!).We have continued 1-to-1 training with Charlie which has been fantastic. Both Isla and I have learnt so much and her behaviour has greatly improved - lead walking is now an easy pleasure.We could not have asked for any better service or care. We highly recommend Royvon. We sent our last dog to Royvon, who was a giant breed with some anger issues, and while he generally wasn’t a fan of humans he absolutely loved Romeo and the rest of the team at Royvon.We have recently taken in another large breed pup that has some anxiety issues, so we were naturally nervous about how she would do in the kennel, especially since she is wary of new people. We are about to go on holiday for the first time since her rescue, so we just did a trial stay to make sure she would be okay there for a week.I picked her up earlier today, and she whined in the car as we left because she was leaving her new friends. While a bit of an ego hit for me, it speaks volumes about the experience that Royvon consistently gives to the pups in their care. We have been a client for years and cannot say enough about how great of a place it is to send your furry family members.

My 1 year old Newfoundland Navy has been to Royvon for the 3 week residential training twice and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Her trainer Charlie was patient, persistent and informative throughout the process. Navy previously struggled with over-excitability, stubbornness and poor impulse control but now she is like a new dog. Charlie was not phased by Navy’s strength and stubbornness and through the training has redirected her excitability into concentration on me rather than everything else. I couldn’t be more grateful to Charlie and the team at Royvon for taking care of and training my Navy.

Fantastic experience with Royvon and Romeo who has spent six weeks showing me how to connect better with my two retrievers and teach them better behaviour through positive reinforcement. Thank you very much for such a rewarding experience for both me and my dogs.

Our reactive dog had an amazing stay at Royvon for her residential training. Romeo is a fantastic trainer, who explains things clearly and has a great rapport with the dogs.

I left my young border collie here for a month as I had to go away and could not be happier with the service and treatment. The highlight of my day was checking the website to see the daily updates with videos and pictures of my little girl, often accompanied by a description of how the training sessions went and how she was doing in general. My dog is quite a shy distrustful dog so I was terrified of leaving her with anyone outside of my family, I did some research and although Royvon was over an hour drive from me, it was by far the best I could have hoped for in the South East. My dog had so much positive growth and made some strong bonds with the trainers and I was so impressed by the trust she showed in them in the videos, it made me feel truly peaceful whilst I kissed her so much and if you are worried about leaving your dog in boarding, I don't think there is any other place that would put your mind at ease the way Royvon did for me and my partner. Emails always got replied to very quickly the same day if I had any questions or worries and I even added extra training in whilst away as I saw how well it was going. Special thanks to Charlie for going above and beyond with personal email messages and extra long videos being personally emailed to me to help teach me about the best ways to keep improving the confidence and happiness of my dog. I won't consider another boarding service for the future. Thank you.

Romeo has been amazing, working with us to manage and improve the anxious aggressive behaviour of our much loved dog and to build his confidence with other dogs and also humans. Romeo is so knowledgeable and loves dogs so all his advice and training is based on positive reinforcement and commitment to training. Nothing has been too much trouble for him and he has done everything possible. We have seen really good improvements since we started the training and now we have the structure and tools to continue that work. Romeo, Ioana and all the team at Royvon are always brilliant with our little anxious daxie both when he stays and with training and we would always recommend them to anyone with an anxious dog or any dog for that matter!

Well Duchess( BELGIUM SHEPHERD) has just spent the last three weeks on a residential training course and what a difference!! Kelsey the trainer put a lot of love and effort into making Duchess feel at home.I received a daily written report and videos which were very informative and well presented, this will help me reference certain points of the training that I can progress with Duchess at home.The course is expensive but I recommend it to give your dog a solid foundation..... Duchess seemed to really enjoy her stay and was well looked after.The staff at Esher are amazing and friendly. I give top marks to Kelsey and her training abilities and the for all the other staff that helped out.THANK YOU

What a great team at Royvon! They made such great progress helping our anxious & reactive German shepherd feel more confident around other dogs. His trainer Romeo also helped him overcome his general anxiety & reactivity and sent us daily video & photo updates which I was looking forward to every day! Huge thanks to the team & especially Romeo!There is still a long way to go since Freddie is still scared of not so friendly dogs and struggles to settle but it's a huge difference to when he started the program and we were given a way to manage it.Update: 3 months later I can't thank the team and especially Romeo enough! Thanks for going above & beyond with the follow up sessions!Freddie loves going back to Royvon for refresher sessions when we go on holiday. Our Romanian rescue, Bobo, had separation anxiety & was wary of strangers pre-Royvon. I was so anxious to leave her but whenever she boards, we receive loads of photos/videos and can clearly see she’s having the time of her life. I knew our pup had a big heart & a lot of love to give, but she was struggling to do so outside of her immediate family. Until now!Our rescue is a different pup now & wags her tail & runs into Royvon without even looking back!Massive thank you to Tilly & the team ⭐️ would 100% recommend.

Romeo at Royvon has been fantastic at caring for our reactive dog. He has been patient and has provided professional training during her stay. We were kept updated each day on progress and what she was up to, which put our minds at rest. Our dog will definitely be returning and continuing her training at Royvon.

Snowy needed to build confidence and be exposed to dogs, people and traffic as she was a rescue and had sadly missed out on those critical early months of socialisation. We had tried lots of training historically, some during Covid, lots of one to ones, and whilst we had seen improvement we still felt that she was missing out on her best life as we had to carefully manage where we went and who we met. In a last ditch attempt, following months of research, we came across Royvon and decided to do a 1 hour assessment to see how she got on with Romeo, the trainer. Including the training it was almost a 7 hour round trip and so the only way it would work would be if she did the 3 week residential training. We were concerned as she had been abused as a puppy and was so happy and committed with us, that we didn’t want her to be uncomfortable but we felt it was worth it to give her a better life.Anyway that was 3 weeks ago, and I have been bereft without her and initially was concerned as to how she was getting on. But I have had regular feedback with daily photos of her in group play. In addition Romeo has been sending 2 or 3 videos each day showing me how she was progressing, and showing how engaged she has been.I picked her up today and we had a 2 hour session with Romeo, walking her around the local shops, past people and dogs, across and along busy roads, all situations that 3 weeks ago we would have avoided at all costs! She was calm and confident. And since getting home she is much calmer and less reactive to noises around her. We just need to work on me now! 🤣 for me the hard work now begins.I have a follow up next week and so let’s see if I can pass the Romeo test! 🤣All joking apart, I honestly cannot recommend Royvon and in particular Romeo enough. It is very clear that they all love dogs and it is not just a business but they really care about the dogs in terms of physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Here is to Snowy now living her best life!Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

The Royvon team is fantastic! In just three weeks, Charlie has had a profound impact on my Working Cocker Spaniel, Sadie. Beyond her recall now being much better and far more consistent, her overall obedience, focus and appetite for training have also all notably improved. Charlie has been very clear and communicative throughout, with thorough notes and reference videos to refer back to, plus comprehensive hand-over and follow-up sessions. Her expert insight into working breeds has been so helpful. Most importantly, Sadie clearly adores Charlie and the wider Royvon team and loved her stay with them.

From the first time we used Royvon, it is evident that they care about dogs and their wellbeing and comfort. I won’t use any other kennels for my boy! Lots of activities and interactions with other dogs make a Royvon stay memorable for him.

Leo have been going to Royvon a few times a year for 4 years now and 3 Christmas. He has separation anxiety and can be anxious around new people and dogs. We have the ultimate peace of mind when we need to travel knowing that he’s at Royvon. We really appreciate the daily photos and the staff always updates us on how he is settling in. From my initial telephone conversation of enquiry with Darren, through to the attended assessment with behaviourist Mimi, I felt an enormous sense of ease and comfort that my dog’s needs were going to be met and my own anxieties alleviated. My confidence is such that I have now booked Mimi for a home visit, to work through separation issues, and also two residential reservations, for holiday cover later in the year, with behavioural training and supplementary ‘add ons’ to enhance my dog’s stay.

Really pleased with the care and training received for our fur baby Claud. His reactivity with other dogs was greatly improved after the 3 week birding program.Have already recommended to friends.

This is the 3rd dog of ours that Romeo has trained and we couldn't be happier with his progress. He now walks really well on his lead, sits before crossing the road and knows other basic commands such as "place". Highly recommended.

My dog was checked in for an overnight evaluation and I can’t thank Isaac enough for how he looked after my pooch. I was very nervous as I had never left my dog before but Isaac checked in with me throughout her stay and sent me photos and video updates and reassured me how well she was doing the whole time. I will be checking my dog into Royvon again!!

we have just collected our 3 yr old Gordon Setter from Royvon and couldn't be happier with everything. This was his first stay in a kennels/dog hotel and he survived! They loved having him, he behaved well for them and enjoyed his walks and play times, I will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone looking for short term or even longer term care. All the staff are caring and supportive, and listen to any 'foibles' and pampering our dogs may need!

This is the first time I have used a kennel for my 14 month Staffordshire bull terrier. I was told that Royvon was very good , but you never believe when you are told this . I must say it is true . The staff are friendly and they cannot do enough for you . I would recommend Royvon to anyone who needed to use the services for their dog (s) Excellent . My dog went there for some training as most puppies need a little help to listen the Boss . I can’t praise them enough . I have had some training too . If you want your little baby or babies looked after as if you were looking after them this is the place . I can’t not fault them . Thank you so much for looking after my little man so well. We’d recently emigrated from Canada with our reactive 3 year old Swiss Mountain x Pyrenees, Toni, and were having a tough time socialising her with people and dogs in a new environment. We decided to try Royvon’s Residential Dog Training program where she was assigned to be trained by Romeo who has experience with larger reactive and aggressive dogs. From day 1, when we dropped her off for a meet and greet, Romeo’s experience was evident but what was also clear was his love and passion for helping dogs and frustrated owners. Though it was tough not being with her for 3 weeks, Romeo’s daily videos and training updates made us feel like we were going along the journey with them. Romeo and Royvon did such a great job making sure that Toni was in a healthy and supportive environment while also challenging her to expand her comfort zone. Since she’s been back home, we’ve been able to use some of the training techniques shared by Romeo to make walks and interacting with new dogs and people more enjoyable and less stressful. The follow-up sessions have been useful as Romeo came to our neighbourhood and helped us learn practical techniques and strategies in the streets and parks where we spend the most time. With Royvon, we now have a boarding facility that we and Toni feel comfortable with if we have to go out of town. With Romeo, we’ve found an inspiring instructor and clearly a new best friend for Toni. Thanks for everything.

Today I had a behaviour assessment for my Jack Russell, Buster. We had this assessment with Romeo. Romeo was absolutely brilliant, I cannot fault him. He was amazing with my dog and thoroughly explained everything and asked continuously if we have any questions. Romeo has given training advice to do with Buster which will continue! It is clear how much Romeo enjoys what he does and his knowledge shines through. Thank you Romeo!

I took my 11 month old puppy who, through a rough start in life, was very underconfident and I wasn't sure how to direct her to help her. With training and advice given by Mimi ( me and my dog) I saw a big change in her after having spent three weeks at Royvon. Not only does she seem more relaxed, more focused and confident but I now know what to do to direct her in the right way. Both me and Pippin have gained confidence.The training advice I received made perfect sense. Mimi was able to understand her, understand what she needs and built a lovely relationship with her.
