Romeo Bradeanu is a Senior Dog Trainer at Royvon, specialising in behaviour modification, advanced obedience and rehabilitation work for reactive or challenging dogs. His calm, observant approach allows him to build trust with dogs that may struggle with confidence, over arousal or aggression. With extensive experience handling powerful working breeds including German Shepherds, Rottweilers and Dobermans, Romeo focuses on creating reliable behaviour through positive reinforcement, structure and clear communication. He is particularly skilled in helping owners regain confidence and control in everyday situations both at home and out in public.

Sarah Wing Sum

Enrichment Lead

Sarah joined the Royvon Esher team, bringing four years of dedicated animal welfare experience from the SPCA in Hong Kong. Sarah has always loved working with dogs because “their love is so pure and direct, which brings me an incredible amount of fulfillment every single day.” Sarahs goal as the Enrichment Lead is to create tail-wagging, stimulating environments for every guest at Royvon through tailored sensory and mental enrichment. Outside of work, Sarah is a proud dog mum to two beautiful girls: a Chow Chow named Banana and a Siberian Husky named Dai Lo B. She treats every dog at Royvon with the exact same love and dedication she gives to her own, and all our guests adore their enrichment time with Sarah! Mimi particularly enjoys helping nervous or misunderstood dogs build confidence and stronger bonds with their owners. Her training combines positive reinforcement, enrichment and a deep understanding of canine behaviour, helping dogs feel more secure, engaged and capable in everyday life.

Kelsey

Trainer / Behavior

Kelsey is a passionate dog trainer who specialises in building confidence, engagement, and strong relationships between dogs and their owners. Using modern, ethical, science based training methods through the IMDT approach, she focuses on helping every dog feel understood, fulfilled, and successful in their learning journey. She has a calm, supportive style that helps owners progress with confidence while creating rewarding experiences tailored to each dog’s individual needs. Through enrichment activities, confidence building exercises, and engagement focused training, Kelsey helps dogs develop calmer behaviour, stronger focus, and happier relationships with their families. She is dedicated to continually developing her knowledge to provide the very best care and training support possible.
