Team Bio
Anna is a calm, patient, and highly experienced, IMDT-accredited dog trainer with over 14 years of experience working with dogs of all breeds, ages, and temperaments. Anna is passionate about helping owners better understand their dogs and build strong, harmonious relationships based on trust, communication, and mutual respect.
Anna has extensive experience in behaviour modification and has successfully worked with a wide range of behavioural challenges. Her calm and collected approach allows her to assess each dog as an individual and create training plans tailored to their specific needs, helping owners and dogs achieve lasting results together.
Whether she is helping a new puppy get off to the best start in life, improving obedience skills, or supporting owners through more complex behavioural issues, Anna is dedicated to ensuring both dogs and their families feel confident and supported throughout the training process.
At home, Anna shares her life with her three Border Collies Bella, Merlin, and Mist who keep her active, motivated, and continually inspired by the intelligence and versatility of the breed. When asked what she loves most about dogs, Anna says it's their loyalty, unconditional love, and adventurous nature.
Our approach
How every Royvon trainer works
The same principles that have guided Royvon since 1959.
🎯
Reward-based, always
Our training is built on positive reinforcement and clear communication. We never use force or fear a dog that wants to work with you will always outperform one that is trained through pressure.
🔄
Distractions are the point
Most dogs can listen in a quiet room. We progressively introduce real-world distractions until your dog responds reliably wherever you are.
🤝
Owner coaching, not just dog training
A training programme that doesn't include the owner rarely lasts. We invest as much in helping you understand your dog as we do in training the dog itself.
