The training both my Shih Tzu have received has been brilliant. I’m more confident taking them out on a lead and off when safe to do so. They have been introduced to heavy traffic, trains, stairs and other dogs, in parks on lead and off for recall, sit and stay. They are only 13 months old and they have enjoyed the experience.

My dog was checked in for an overnight evaluation and I can’t thank Isaac enough for how he looked after my pooch. I was very nervous as I had never left my dog before but Isaac checked in with me throughout her stay and sent me photos and video updates and reassured me how well she was doing the whole time. we have just collected our 3 yr old Gordon Setter from Royvon and couldn't be happier with everything. This was his first stay in a kennels/dog hotel and he survived! They loved having him, he behaved well for them and enjoyed his walks and play times, I will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone looking for short term or even longer term care. This is the first time I have used a kennel for my 14 month Staffordshire bull terrier. I was told that Royvon was very good , but you never believe when you are told this . I must say it is true . The staff are friendly and they cannot do enough for you . I would recommend Royvon to anyone who needed to use the services for their dog (s) Excellent . My dog went there for some training as most puppies need a little help to listen the Boss . I can’t praise them enough . I have had some training too . If you want your little baby or babies looked after as if you were looking after them this is the place . I can’t not fault them . Thank you so much for looking after my little man so well. We’d recently emigrated from Canada with our reactive 3 year old Swiss Mountain x Pyrenees, Toni, and were having a tough time socialising her with people and dogs in a new environment. We decided to try Royvon’s Residential Dog Training program where she was assigned to be trained by Romeo who has experience with larger reactive and aggressive dogs. From day 1, when we dropped her off for a meet and greet, Romeo’s experience was evident but what was also clear was his love and passion for helping dogs and frustrated owners. Though it was tough not being with her for 3 weeks, Romeo’s daily videos and training updates made us feel like we were going along the journey with them. Romeo and Royvon did such a great job making sure that Toni was in a healthy and supportive environment while also challenging her to expand her comfort zone. Since she’s been back home, we’ve been able to use some of the training techniques shared by Romeo to make walks and interacting with new dogs and people more enjoyable and less stressful. The follow-up sessions have been useful as Romeo came to our neighbourhood and helped us learn practical techniques and strategies in the streets and parks where we spend the most time. With Royvon, we now have a boarding facility that we and Toni feel comfortable with if we have to go out of town. With Romeo, we’ve found an inspiring instructor and clearly a new best friend for Toni. Thanks for everything.

From my initial telephone conversation of enquiry with Darren, through to the attended assessment with behaviourist Mimi, I felt an enormous sense of ease and comfort that my dog’s needs were going to be met and my own anxieties alleviated. My confidence is such that I have now booked Mimi for a home visit, to work through separation issues, and also two residential reservations, for holiday cover later in the year, with behavioural training and supplementary ‘add ons’ to enhance my dog’s stay.

Today I had a behaviour assessment for my Jack Russell, Buster. We had this assessment with Romeo. Romeo was absolutely brilliant, I cannot fault him. He was amazing with my dog and thoroughly explained everything and asked continuously if we have any questions. Romeo has given training advice to do with Buster which will continue! I took my 11 month old puppy who, through a rough start in life, was very underconfident and I wasn't sure how to direct her to help her. With training and advice given by Mimi ( me and my dog) I saw a big change in her after having spent three weeks at Royvon. Not only does she seem more relaxed, more focused and confident but I now know what to do to direct her in the right way. I’m really impressed with Royvon - very transparent booking system and pricing and loved the updates via the portal.The staff are friendly and professional and while I was dropping off/picking up, I saw the trainers taking some of the other dogs out.They are clearly used to very big breeds as well as smaller dogs like my own, and knowing they have significant experience, is very reassuring.Ted always takes a little while to settle when away, but I could see he had been well looked after.Thanks - and we will be back again.

My dog recently stayed for a mini break with Royvon but prior to this he had been to some training sessions and a couple of day care sessions. Alfie is 7 and had actually never been away from home before so I felt really nervous about leaving him. I really needn’t have been. All the staff at Royvon are just so lovely. Every time I’ve been there they have always seemed calm, professional, friendly and there’s a great atmosphere. Most importantly they all love dogs and are dedicated to making them feel at home for their stay. I’m glad to have found them, and feel comfortable leaving Alfie in their competent care.

It was evident that my dog who is really anxious and would not normally stay with unknown people, was very happy there and I can see his confidence growing. Mimi was superb with my dog, showed a lot of affection and care and very patient towards him.The whole experience was excellent . and I would definitely recommend Royvon. Our three and a half year old Border Collie, Flossy had not been socialised much, being a Covid puppy and was the typical Border Collie lunging at cars and other big vehicles, anxious during walks, at sounds and sights, when we decided to enroll him for the three-week residential behavioural training (which also happened to coincide conveniently with our holiday!)We had the initial assessment session with Romeo who could straight away gauge Flossy's anxious nature and reassured us that he would be able to work with Flossy. Romeo has been wonderful with Flossy and the daily videos that he sent during the three-week period kept us up-to-date with Flossy's progress. We are indeed happy to have found a place like Royvon with such dedicated, professional and friendly people like Romeo with whom we can confidently leave our beloved boy.When we went to pick up Flossy after three weeks, needless to say he gave us a rousing welcome but during the 1-2-1 session that followed we could see a marked change in his behaviour around cars and he was at a stage where we could actually walk around traffic. Of course now we have to be trained to carry on the hard work that Romeo and Flossy had put in! And will be continuing with a few more sessions with Romeo.Fact is Romeo is very understanding of the dog's needs (and ours). He is an excellent trainer, very loving to the dog. When we took Flossy for his next 1-2-1 session after a couple of days of bringing him home, we were wondering how he would react to going back to Royvon. Would he like to go back? would he not? But the minute he saw Romeo, he went straight to him, wagging his tail happily!! That sealed it for us. Royvon is a wonderful place where your dogs will be cared for with love.

We found an amazing place in London that we really feel good about for our son, King🐾👑When it became clear we’d be going to Turkey for the New Year holiday, our first task was to find a place to safely leave him. In Royvon the reservation process is online and their digital infrastructure is excellent. We personally visited their facility in Esher;the accommodations are spotless and spacious, the play areas are a lot of fun, there’s a chance for a forest walk every day, playtimes are great, and the team is amazing. What more could we ask for? Our son, Ateş, even said, ‘Mom, I wish I were a dog so I could stay with King.’ We left our son in capable hands, and we felt at ease, during the holiday, every day, they sent an email and photos about him.. And we had a lovely reunion today, He was so happy🐾We are so glad to meet Darren, Hannah and they are excellent team..Thanks Royvon for making our son feel at home🤩🐾

We have a North Macedonian rescue that we've had for 3 years and have struggled with training because he is very reactive towards cars (and anything else that moves) and not very food motivated. We tried multiple trainers and various techniques but still we hadn't found the right thing for our pup. We decided to look at residential training programmes and based on our interaction with Royvon and the reviews we booked Rozzie onto the 21 day programme with Charlie.Charlie and the team at Royvon were simply amazing. Really great updates every day which helped give us comfort and insight into how Rozzie was progressing. Rozzie took a while to settle in and wasn't eating at first, however the team kept us updated and tried some different things and within a day or two it was much better.In terms of the residential training programme, we very much went into it with cautious optimism, as we know Rozzie can be stubborn. It took a while to make progress with Rozzie, but after lots of patience, perseverance, love and care Charlie managed to break through and make some great progress. Charlie also recognised Rozzie may have a medical issue and gave us some great suggested next steps which have really helped Rozzie and we can't think Charlie enough for her insight into this.The follow on sessions with Charlie have been really good. Charlie is a great teacher and Rozzie has a special bond with her (he's always excited to see her). We are making really good progress and understand so much more about our dog, who is noticeably happier, more confident and is now comfortable taking food during training (and pretty much all the time) which has made making progress much easier.We've struggled feeling comfortable leaving Rozzie whilst away but Royvon were amazing and Rozzie is looking forward to his future holidays and continued training there.If you're considering the Residential Training programme, don't hesitate. The team at Royvon are true professionals and take the eestcare of dogs, so you can be safe knowing your dog will be in incredibly safe, caring, knowledgable hands and will have a great time.A final thank you to Charlie from Rozzie who is currently trying to find chicken in a tree whilst ignoring the mean cars driving by too quickly.

Billy has just completed a residential a 3-week residential behaviour correction course with Romeo at Royvon. Everything was excellent including the initial assessment, the check in/out and the daily update of videos and photos.Romeo is a real professional who has a love of dogs, wanting to get to know them so he can get the best out of them.What is great about Royvon’s approach is that they work with the owners after the course to make sure that this continues at home.

Charlie was incredible in the caring, affectionate and thorough way she trained Lola during her three week residential course. Charlie sent us daily videos, reports and updates, and we've got a very happy, calm dog back, we are delighted. The care team were also superb, sending photos daily of play sessions and reports when necessary. Communication at all times was excellent. Before finding Royvon we had tried lots of professional training establishments, in an attempt to calm his aggressive behaviour towards other dogs, for our 4 year old border collie. We sent our XL Bully to Royvon on their three week behavioural modification programme. Romeo was so patient with Sage making sure she had created a bond with him and was settled before starting any training, which was important for us as Sage is very anxious and nervous around new people. Even going in on his days off to make sure she was okay. Before going to Royvon I was struggling to walk Sage alone as she would pull on the lead from the moment we left the house until we returned home. Since being back I have been able to walk her alone, with her walking nicely beside me no pulling and much more controlled. We are so grateful for the dedication and extra effort Romeo put in to helping Sage and look forward to carrying on her training at home and will definitely be returning to Romeo and Royvon for any further training and boarding.
